The things you can learn from a MONKEY!!

Bananas.....you think you know how to eat 'em, right?? So how do you peel yours?? You start at the top (stem) end, don't ya? Sometimes, if they're still a little green, you really have to dig your thumb nail in to it, just to get it started....and sometimes, by the time you can get the outer skin to split open, you've already smushed up the top inch or so of the dang thing....right?? Sound familiar?? So, have you ever watched a monkey peel a banana???? No?? Well go to the zoo....(you may have to bring your own bananas)....and watch!! Easiest thing in the world to peel a banana if you do it right! START AT THE "BOTTOM" END....you know, the end without the stem!! Use both hands....pinch the little brown nub between your thumbs & index fingers & the thing opens as gently as a flower in Springtime!! No bruising...no thumbnails required!! I am in my late 50's, and I just learned this!! HOW IS IT I NEVER KNEW OF THIS BEFORE??? I guess, like you, I never watched a monkey!! Makes me wonder what OTHER animals I should be observing more closely! It would probably tell me how we ended up with a jackass in the WhiteHouse!!!!
